A colourful painting of two girls, with long hair, leaning towards each other. Inspired by a promotional photo for Romeo and Juliet, I turned the embrace into two girls and stylised with simplified lines, and layers of colours and textures. For their hair, I have overlaid black ink with white chalk pastel to create the texture, giving extra interest and liveliness to the painting.

All my acrylic paintings are finished with Winsor & Newton satin varnish to protect the paintings.
FRAMING:
All my artworks are easy to frame. They are sold WITHOUT a frame to keep costs down and allow you to decide on what frame will look best in your home. However, some listings have an ‘add on’ feature where you can select a frame that has been custom made for that painting. An ‘add on’ frame IS AVAILABLE for this painting and the artwork will be attached unless otherwise requested.
PACKAGING:
Your artwork will be packaged securely and as eco-friendly as possible. I use acid free tissue paper to cover the paintings, place inside a water-tight plastic bag, then cover with paper bubble wrap or cardboard and send in a secure postal box. Click here to see more.
