Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Therefore, I will accept returns, provided that you inform me via email within 7 days of delivery and post the item back within 14 days.

In these circumstances, the client pays the cost of returning the item, using Royal Mail Tracked with Signature.

The artwork must be returned in the condition in which it was sent and packed to the same standard to avoid damage in transit (click here for how to package).

Refunds will be made within 5 working days upon return of artworks received in good order.
